Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only offered if there is proof of a malfunction with the console. This includes but is not limited to video evidence or images clearly showing the issue.
- Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by improper use or accidental damage.

Replacement First Policy
- Before processing a refund, we will always offer to send a brand-new console at no additional cost to you.
- There is no need to return the malfunctioning console – keep it as a backup or dispose of it at your discretion.

Requesting Support
- If you experience any issues with your console, please contact our support team at padfuse@gmail.com with a detailed description of the problem and proof of malfunction.
- Our team will review your case and provide a resolution within 2-3 business days.

Refund Processing
- If a refund is approved after reviewing the proof of malfunction and you decline the replacement option, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions
- Refunds and replacements are not available for items damaged after delivery due to misuse or unauthorized modifications.
- Items purchased as part of a clearance or final sale are not eligible for refunds.
